Consumers submitting an application for a loan to GetCapitalToday incur no cost for the application. All fees and rate information will be disclosed to consumers by the lender at the time of loan approval. Upon conclusion of the search and application approval, you will be redirected to an e-signature page provided to you by the lender. This document will contain all fees and rate information pertaining to the loan being offered by the lender. Consumers are required to review the fee and rate information provided at this time thoroughly and completely before agreeing to the terms of the loan. Consumers are under no obligation to accept these terms.

Terms such as “no hard credit check”, “same day approval”, “instant approval”, “instant deposit”, “one hour deposit”, “instant loan”, “instant business loan”, etc. are only indicative in nature. Certain conditions, federal or state laws and safety considerations may require for the loan approval and/or disbursal process to deviate from what such terms may imply. All loan products are subject to various terms and conditions and parts of the lending process may be subject to system limitations and third-party verifications which can cause time delays and loan rejections. GetCapitalToday and any of the lending partners will not require credit checks with the three major credit reporting bureaus: Experian, Equifax, or Trans Union prior to loan approval. However, credit checks or consumer reports through alternative providers such as Teletrack or DP Bureau, which typically will not affect your credit score, may be obtained by some service providers or lenders, in certain circumstances.
